Attorneys Vincent Marino and Owen Weaver obtained a judgment after trial invalidating a false lien filed against public property owned by the Town of Orange and the Orange Land Trust.

On February 21, 2024, a document was filed on the Orange Land Records that purported to encumber and/or lien 68 different properties, including lands owned by the Town of Orange and the Orange Land Trust and held for public trust.
